Teams Meeting Co-organizers
Students, faculty, and staff can add co-organizers, or “cohosts”, to their meetings to allows others to manage aspects of the meeting.
What does a co-organizer do?

Add a co-organizer
Open the Teams app or visit https://teams.microsoft.com.
Click on the Calendar icon in the left-hand navigation menu. Find your calendar event.
Note: You only have one calendar in 365, it is shown in both Outlook and Teams.Click on your calendar event and then click Edit.
Your meeting needs attendees (invitees) in order to complete these steps. Add attendees now if you do not have them.
Note: If you are adding attendees now, be sure to send the invites (save your changes) before continuing with this guide.Click on the ellipsis along the secondary top menu bar.
Note: this ellipsis is next to the “Category” dropdown.Click on Meeting options.
Note: Doing so will open your web browser. You will edit these options using a website.Click on Roles in the left-hand menu.
In the “Choose co-organizers” dropdown, select the users you would like to have elevated permissions in the call.
Click Save at the bottom when you are done. After saving, you may close the web browser.
