On-Campus Printing
The University provides two on-campus printing solutions. Wepa is primarily for students, although is open to everyone, and UPrint is primarily a departmental solution.
Wepa: Student and Community On-Campus Printing
Students, faculty, staff, and the public may print with Wepa at centrally located print stations. With Wepa, you can print documents from your mobile device, a Web browser, the cloud (e.g., OneDrive, Blackboard, or OneDrive), a USB drive, or a computer at any Wepa Print Station. You can pay for printing with your HuskyBucks or by adding money to your Wepa account with a major credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or mobile payment (Apple Pay or Google Pay).
A Wepa account has been created for all faculty, staff, and students. You will log in to the member area, where you will manage your balance and files, with your NetID and NetID password. You can also download the Wepa print app on your mobile device for touchless printing.
UPrint: Departmental Printing for Employees
UConn's UPrint Program, administered by Information Technology Services (ITS), offers printing solutions for departments through an external partner. Departments are primarily billed for placed devices. All service, maintenance, and supply needs (excluding paper) are covered for vendor-owned and managed equipment within the program.
