Digital Signage

ITS provides support for Digital Signage, a service that enables institutional units to control distributed signs from a central location by leveraging Carousel digital signage management software from TightRope. Digital Signage includes University Communications-approved templates and integrates with Microsoft 365, Astra scheduling, Everbridge emergency notifications, and EMS event scheduling. This is a web-based service that can be accessed through University NetID.

ITS Academic IT can also assist with selecting displays and players and can coordinate with an approved AV vendor for a quote, scope of work, and installation.
