What is Reflect?

Reflect is a synchronous and asynchronous tool for collecting feedback from participants through the use of “check-ins”. The instructor can pose pre-typed questions such as “How are you feeling today?”, or custom questions such as “How are you feeling about _______?”.

What is the user experience?

Reflect features a 3D avatar known as The Feelings Monster. Depending on a participant’s response to a prompt, this monster is shown in a different emotional state.

Participants' responses are private unless shared in an anonymous way by the instructor.

Instructors can gather these responses to improve their leadership style while addressing the needs of participants who might not have spoken up otherwise.
