Installing Teams on Mobile Devices

Installing Microsoft Teams on iOS

  1. Find the Teams app in the App Store. 

  2. Tap on Get.

    1. If you have already installed the app previously, tap the cloud icon shown in the image below to re-download the app.

  3. Open the Teams app.

  4. Log in using your UConn email address and NetID password.

  5. Allow notifications.

  6. Tap OK to allow access to your microphone. If you do not allow microphone access, you will not be able to talk in a Teams meeting.

Installing Microsoft Teams on Android

  1. Find the Teams app in the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap Install.

  3. Open the app.

  4. Log in to Teams with your UConn email and NetID password. 

  5. Allow notifications.

  6. Allow access to your microphone.
