Allow Others to Schedule Webex Meetings on your Behalf
UConn Webex users can permit other UConn Webex users to schedule meetings for them.
This process must be done in the account of the person you would like to have scheduling permission for. This means you will likely have to ask someone else to complete this process for you (in their own account).
Go to http://s.uconn.edu/webex .
Enter your UConn NetID and NetID password to sign in.
Click on Settings→ Scheduling → Scheduling permission.
In the Scheduling permission box, type in the UConn email address of the user(s) that you would like to have schedule Meetings on your behalf.
What the Designated Scheduler Will See
Once a user has been allowed to schedule Meetings on the behalf of another user, they will see a new option when using uconn-cmr.webex.com to schedule Meetings.
