Using Your Webex Account
Faculty, students, and staff who have a NetID can access the UConn Webex site.
While anyone can join a Webex session, users who have NetIDs can create a UConn Webex account to have all the features associated with paid accounts. Accounts are created automatically upon a user's first sign-in. See the instructions below to create your account.
First Time Setup
Navigate to s.uconn.edu/webex.
Click on the blue Sign In button.
If you are already signed in with your NetID on another page, you might bypass this page; continue from Step 4.
Log in to Webex using your NetID and NetID password.
If this is your first-time logging into this website, your Webex account will be automatically created while you are signing in.
Your Personal Room will take a few minutes to finish setting up.
You are now looking at your Webex home page.
If this is your first time on this website, please wait a few moments before opening your Personal Room, as your account may still be processing.
If you followed this guide to create your account, you are now finished. You may close the window.
If you would like to explore your account:
Click on Start a Meeting to start your Personal Room.
Click on Start to begin a Scheduled Meeting.
Click on Schedule to schedule a Meeting.
