Schedule Meetings through a Bookings With Me Page

Individuals can schedule direct meetings with UConn faculty/staff according to the availability provided on their Bookings With Me page. To access a booking page, you will need the URL provided by the page owner.

How to schedule a meeting through Bookings with Me:

  1. Go to the Bookings Page link provided by the faculty/staff member you wish to schedule a meeting with.

  2. Sign in or continue as guest:

    1. If you are a member of UConn, Sign in with your UConn Microsoft 365 account.

    2. If you are external to UConn, click Continue as Guest.

  3. The page owner’s meeting availability is displayed. Click on the date and time you wish to book and click Next.

    To book a meeting, click on the date and time you wish to book and click next.
  4. From the pop-up window, confirm or enter your Name and Email. Add a Note (optional) to specify the purpose of your meeting.

    1. If you are signed in as a member of UConn, click Book.

    2. If you are external to UConn, you will need to verify your email address. Check your email inbox for a verification code and enter it in the pop-up window on the bookings page. Once verified, click Schedule.

Your booking is complete and no further confirmation is needed. Both you and the bookings page owner will receive an email message confirming the meeting date and time.

If you booked through an Outlook email account, the booked meeting will appear automatically in your Outlook calendar.

How to Reschedule or Cancel a Bookings with Me meeting:

To reschedule or cancel a meeting made through Bookings with Me, open the confirmation email you received when you created the meeting. If you booked through an Outlook email account, you can edit or cancel the meeting directly from your Outlook calendar.

To reschedule or cancel via confirmation email:

  1. In the confirmation email that you were sent when you booked the meeting, click on the link to Manage Meeting.

  2. Once redirected, click Reschedule or Cancel meeting.

    1. To reschedule, click on an available meeting date and time and follow the prompts to confirm the revised booking.

    2. To cancel, click OK from the pop-up window to confirm the meeting cancellation.

Your booking has been updated and no further confirmation is needed. Both you and the bookings page owner will receive an email message confirming the reschedule or cancellation of the meeting.

To reschedule or cancel via Outlook calendar:

  1. Within your Outlook calendar, find and click on the meeting you wish to reschedule or cancel.

    1. To reschedule, click Edit. From the pop-up window, enter the updated meeting date and time and click Send.

    2. To cancel, click Cancel. Add a note (optional) and click Send.

Your booking has been updated and no further confirmation is needed. Both you and the bookings page owner will receive an email message confirming the reschedule or cancellation of the meeting.
