Remove Webex from Computer

Choose a guide below to remove (similar to uninstall, but more useful for troubleshooting) Webex from your computer.
“Webex” = Webex App, new app
“Cisco Webex Meetings” = Webex Meetings, old app
The calendar icon overlay on the icon will let you know you are using the older application.
If you transitioned between applications, you may need to follow both guides. It is safe to follow either guide even if you come to find it doesn’t apply to your setup.

Outlook Scheduling Tool
If you have a tool that connects Webex to Outlook, please uninstall that add-on or plugin by using either the Windows Store or the Installed apps menu in Windows, depending on how the tool was installed.
If you are using macOS, please remove this tool by visiting the Applications folder in Finder and dragging the tool to the Trash.
