Find Viewership of Webex Recording

UConn Webex users can look back up to 3 months to find out how many times their recording was viewed and who viewed it.

Names will only be logged when watching the recording if that viewer was signed in while watching the recording. Otherwise, you will see “Anonymous.”

If you would like your viewers to be accounted for, have them sign into UConn Webex and then watch the recording.

  1. Log into UConn Webex using your NetID and NetID password,

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, and then click on My reports.

  3. In the Webex Meetings section, choose Meeting Recording Report.

  4. Choose your timeframe. Remember that you can only see statistics from the past 3 months.

  5. Click on your Recording to see a preview of the record.

  6. Optional: Click on Export to download a CSV version of what you see on the screen.
