Recover Deleted Microsoft Forms

Students, faculty, and staff may recover Forms within 93 days of their deletion. Forms are deposited into own Recycle Bin upon deletion and you must visit that Bin to recover, or permanently delete them.

Access the Form Recycle Bin

1. Navigate to forms.microsoft.com

2. Click on My forms.

   Open

   

3. Under your listed forms, click on Recycle bin.

   Open
