View Microsoft Forms Responses

To view responses to your Forms, visit forms.microsoft.com
Click on My Forms to view all of your Forms.
Click on the Form to open it.
Click on Responses to view the responses.
View responses in Excel
While viewing the responses at the website, you can integrate Excel to view the responses live in a spreadsheet. When new responses are submitted, they will appear in this spread automatically.
Click on the Open results in Excel button to link a spreadsheet to this Form.
If you do not own this Form, but have been granted access to view the results, your button will instead say Download a copy in Excel and you can export an independent copy into a spreadsheet. This sheet will not update with new responses.
If the owner chooses to link a spreadsheet to the Form, they can share that linked spreadsheet with you.
