Share Microsoft Forms

When sharing the form with others for asymmetric completion, you have four are four different sharing options.

  1. Visit forms.office.com and click on the Form you would like to share.

  2. Click on Collect responses and a popup window will appear.

  3. Choose the desired privacy level for your form.

    1. For the options other than “Anyone can respond”, choose if you would like to record the names of those filling out the form (not anonymous) and if they should be able to fill out the form a second time.

  4. Choose your Share method, your options are:

    1. Link

    2. Invitation (Email directly)

    3. QR code

    4. Embed in webpage

    5. Choose the appropriate “Send” or “Copy” button

If you have a File Upload field in your Form, you will be unable to select “Anyone can respond” for your privacy level. Microsoft does not allow anonymous file uploads for security reasons.
