Searching for Archived Emails in Outlook Web Access

Users with an Outlook mailbox can search for archived emails on the web version of Microsoft Outlook. Do note that the process is different than how you search in the Outlook client for your desktop.

1. Navigate to Outlook online by going to http://email.uconn.edu and clicking Microsoft 365.

2. Log in with your UConn email address and NetID password.

3. Click the Outlook icon.

4. Select a folder from the Archive mailbox.

5. Once selected, click the drop-down box in the search window, select All folders in archive, and search.
