View/Export Webex Attendance

After a Webex session concludes, the use that created the session is able to download an attendance report. Follow this guide to learn how. 

Reports can be generated for sessions within the last 3 months

Viewing/Exporting the Report

  1. Go to http://s.uconn.edu/webex .

  2. Enter your UConn NetID and NetID password to sign in.

    1. Or, if this is for a department account, visit uconnvtc.webex.com

  3. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the window, click on More features and then click on My reports.

  4. Click the first item in the list, titled Usage Report.

  5. Make sure the date range shown contains the Meeting you are looking for.

  6. Click the Display Report button.

  7. Click on the correct Meeting in the results.
    Note: You may see many entries entitled [Your Name]'s Personal Room. Use the date, timestamp, and attendance count to determine the correct Meeting.

  8. Once you click on the Meeting's log, you will see a summarized view of the log. To see the full log, click Export in the top-right corner. This button creates a CSV file that you may download and open in a spreadsheet program (Excel).

Simply changing the date range to the earliest month listed may result in an error. If you run into this, change the [day] to today's date plus 1. Example, if today is the 10th, set the first date to the 11th of the earlier month.
