Set up your Outlook Bookings With Me Page
UConn faculty and staff can create a Bookings With Me page using their outlook email accounts. Use your Bookings With Me page to set public or private meeting times so that others can view your availability and book meetings with you according to your schedule.
Public Meetings
Public meetings appear on your booking page, so anyone with the link to your booking page can schedule a meeting with you during your public availability.
Private Meetings
Private meetings are only accessible through a link, so only those that you share the meeting URL with can schedule a meeting with you during your private availability. You can share your private meeting link directly via email or copy the URL and keep it listed somewhere accessible to those you wish to share it with (e.g., syllabus, course home page, etc.).
Bookings With Me is separate from Bookings. Use Bookings with Me to schedule direct meetings with individual users and use Bookings to manage scheduling for a group of people. For support using Bookings, visit Microsoft Bookings and Bookings with me
UConn students are unable to create their own Bookings With Me page and should schedule individual meetings through a faculty member’s booking page. For support on scheduling a meeting through someone’s Bookings with Me page, visit: https://uconn.atlassian.net/l/cp/W4ENAuXV
