Install Outlook on a Mobile Device
Students, faculty and staff can install the Outlook app on a phone or tablet.
Removing an account from your device will not delete your data. All Microsoft 365 data (email, OneDrive storage, etc.) is stored in the cloud and removing an account will only remove local copies or shortcuts to this data.
Skip to the bottom of this guide to add a second account to your device.
Get the app
Android devices: Google Play Store
iOS devices: App Store
Install the app
Once the app has finished downloading, open the app.
Click on ADD ACCOUNT.
Type in your UConn email address.
You will be redirected to a UConn sign in page. Enter your NetID password.
If you are prompted by Duo, accept the request.

You are then asked if you would like to add a second account. Click on MAYBE LATER to skip this step.
Your inbox will now begin to load!
Add a second account to the Outlook app
Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
Click on the home button in the top left corner. Note that if you have a profile picture, the picture will be displayed here.
Click on the plus button under your profile picture. Note that if you do not have a profile picture, your initials will be displayed.
In the menu that pops up at the bottom, click on Add an account.
Depending on which account you wish to add, it may be listed on the screen. Otherwise, click on SKIP.
If you are adding a UConn address, begin typing your UConn email address.
If you are adding a Google account, click on ADD GOOGLE ACCOUNT.
