Searching for Archived Emails on Outlook Desktop

Users with an Outlook mailbox can search for archived emails on the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook.

Searching Office Desktop

1. Open the Outlook client.

2. Click in the search bar at the top of your screen. By default, the search is limited to your current mailbox.

3. Search All Outlook Items or All Mailboxes to view all files.

   1. Drop down the Search In value to All Outlook Items.

4. Run your keyword search. This will search for all emails from both the main and archived mailboxes.
