Set Work Hours and Location

Users have the ability to set their work hours and location to let coworkers know their availability and location of where they will be during that day.

 

How to Set Work Hours and Location

  1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/calendar/options/calendar/workSchedule and login using your email address and NetID password.

  2. Use the drop downs to set your hours based on each day and also set a location. Choose “Remote” for days where you work remote, and “Office” for days where you are in-person. You may have to type “Office” in the location field in order for it to show up.

  3. After making your changes, ensure you hit save.
