EMS Desktop Client

The EMS Desktop Application provides its users with a wide variety of higher-level administrative functions such as Usage Reporting and Data Query as well as user and space management. As such its use is relegated to users in an administrative capacity within managed departments or ‘power users’ for whom access to a more robust scheduling component is critical to their work.

You may request access to EMS Desktop using a Support Form. Upon receiving the form, ITS will review your needs and determine if the Desktop Client is appropriate for your needs.

For training access, you may visit Accruent Academy (https://accruentacademy.myabsorb.com/). If you have already used Accruent Academy before at UConn, you should be able to sign back into your existing account. If you have not, you will need to create a new account.
