View EMS Reservation Calendar

Within your EMS Web Portal, you can view the EMS reservation calendar by day, week, or month.

All UConn staff, faculty, students, and affiliates - anyone with a Net ID - is able to view the existing schedules reservations for publicly visible spaces within EMS.

To view the EMS Reservation Calendar,

1. Sign into your EMS Web Portal with your Net ID and password at EMS Web Portal Sign On.

2. Click Events from the browse menu in the left sidebar of your EMS Homepage.

   Click Events from the browse menu to view reservation schedules.

3. View the reservation calendar in a Daily List, Weekly List, or Monthly List format.

4. To view the reservation calendar for a specific date, enter the date into the field provided above the calendar display.

   Search specific dates to review their reservation schedules

The EMS reservation calendar will appear and you can view the spaces, times, and dates of past, current, and upcoming EMS Reservations.

Optional: Click Add Filter to narrow calendar search results by location, room, room type, event type, or group/event name.

1. Click a filter from the drop-down menu and enter your desired details into the pop-up window.

2. Click Update Locations and the EMS reservation calendar will appear with the spaces that meet your selected specifications.
