Share your Content in Webex

Using Webex, you can share your computer screen with all the participants.

A recent MacOS update has changed privacy permissions, and you may need to give Webex permission to view your screen. If your share button is gray, or you have received a notification, follow this guide: Reallow Webex Permissions on MacOS.

Preparing to Share your Screen

  • Open the documents and presentations that you would like to share before you start your session. While not necessary, opening your files beforehand saves you the worry of navigating your files while sharing your screen.

Be sure that you have no private information on your screen.

Sharing your Content
