Menus

To add a menu to your site, you must first create the menu. by default the Top Nav and Footer menus are already created.

Create a New Menu

1. On the dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus.

2. Under Edit Menus, on the Select a menu to edit line, click on the text link create a new menu.

3. Enter the Menu Name

4. Click on Create Menu.

5. Now you have to select the new menu from the drop down.

6. Click on Select

7. Verify you are editing the correct menu by checking the Menu Name.

8. Now add items to the menu.

Creating a Drop-Down Menu

To make a drop-down menu, you need to create a placeholder menu item.

1. Click Custom Links.

2. Enter a # sign.

3. The label can be whatever you would like to call this group of pages.
