Showing or Hiding Columns in the Grade Center (Instructor View)

Faculty and staff can hide specific columns from the instructor view of Grade Center.

Make sure to hide the column from student view before hiding the column from instructor view. For more information on hiding columns, review the article Showing or Hiding Grades for Students

Hiding a Grade Center Column from Instructor View

  1. Select Grade Center from the Course Management Control Panel. 

  2. Click on Full Grade Center.

  3. Locate the column you would like to hide.

  4. Click on the gray down arrow icon to bring up the options menu.

  5. Click Hide from Instructor View.

Showing a Hidden Grade Center Column

  1. Select Grade Center from the Course Management Control Panel. 

  2. Select Full Grade Center.

  3. Go to Manage at the top of the Grade Center

  4. Select Column Organization.

  5. On the next screen, check the box next to any hidden columns you want to show.

  6. Click on the Show/Hide button.

  7. Select Show Selected Columns from the menu that appears.

  8. Click Submit to save the changes.
