Determining if you have an Ultra or Original Course in HuskyCT

This article is intended for instructors or students looking to determine if they have an Ultra or Original Course in HuskyCT.

Original Course View

1. From the Courses Page (List View Only):

   Open

   

   1. Next to the name of the course the text Original Course View will appear

   2. The bar on the left hand side will appear gray

2. From within the Course:

   Open

   

   1. There is a gray navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen

   2. Course is structured using Content Areas, on the left hand menu

   3. Instructors only: Build Options appear on the top on the Content Area pages

Ultra Course View

1. From the Courses Page (List View Only):

   1. Next to the name of the course there is no additional text

   2. The bar on the left hand side of the course card has a color, besides gray

2. From within the Course:

   1. There is a Details and Actions Menu and a Course Faculty Menu on the left hand side of the course

   2. The Course is structured with a single, main content area and folders which open in a tree structure

   3. Instructors Only: You build content using the plus sign at the top of the page
