Setting up Remote Desktop on Mac OSX as a Remote Machine
This article is intended for faculty and staff that wish to configure a Mac as your remote machine.
Enabling Screen Sharing
Follow the official apple guide to enable screen sharing.
Noting your Remote IP Address
Under System Preferences → Sharing → Screen Sharing, you should see a message in the screen sharing menu saying "your mac is visible at vnc:111.11.11.111."
Take note of this address and then see Setting Up Remote Desktop for macOS as a Local Machine.
