Installing Jabber - University Computer

Before installing, ensure your NetID is synced.
Choose the appropriate tab below to see the install instructions.
On your keyboard, press Command + Spacebar to open the Spotlight search. Type in Self Service.
Use your NetID and NetID password to sign into Self Service.
Find Cisco Jabber in the list and click on Install.
The application will begin to download. After the download finishes, click Install.
When the application opens, you should receive two login screens with one asking for your email address and the other asking for your NetID and NetID password (Students will need to use their NetIDwork credentials).
If you are prompted with a message asking you to reset your account, press Reset. This will not affect your account.
You will be brought to the Jabber application now.
