Remote Access

ITS provides multiple ways by which users can access UConn resources while off-campus.

Most resources are accessible off-campus via the Cisco AnyConnect VPN. The VPN should be used in favor of Remote Desktop unless necessary. If your machine is an Intune Machine (Is my computer Intune-enrolled?) and you require remote access please reach out to the Technology Support Center at techsupport@uconn.edu or by submitting a support request on our website.
