Creating a Survey
This article is for instructors looking to create a survey in HuskyCT. All surveys are anonymous by default, you cannot determine which users selected a particular response.
Creating a Survey
Under Course Management, access Tools. From this menu, select Tests, Surveys, and Pools.
Select Surveys > Build Survey.
Name the Survey and provide an optional description/instructions. Select Submit.
The following page will bring you to the Survey question canvas. Here, you will follow the same instructions to create a test question.
Note: Surveys are not graded. In setting the survey options, you will notice there is no option to input points or a correct answer. Surveys are anonymous and will show in the Grade Center as complete/incomplete.
Deploying the Survey
Once the questions have been created in the Survey canvas, you will need to deploy the survey.
To deploy a Survey, navigate to a content area/folder where you want to deploy the survey, and click the Assessments drop-down menu and then Survey.
Select the Survey which needs to be deployed. Then click Submit.
