UConn Adobe Device License Login Process

Adobe Creative Cloud device licenses are Adobe licenses purchased for and deployed to university-owned devices, typically for shared lab or classroom environments.

The package allows anyone with access to the device to use Adobe Creative Cloud even if they do not have an Adobe license on their account. Users must log in with their UConn or UConn Health (UCHC) email address and Apple ID to access the apps.

Create an Adobe ID

If you don’t have an Adobe ID, please follow the steps below before access the device license. You need an Adobe ID to log in. Skip this step if you have one.

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://account.adobe.com/

  2. Click the Create an Account link

  3. Under Sign up with Email, enter your UConn or UCHC email as the Email Address and create a password for your Adobe ID

  4. Click Continue

  5. On the next page, enter your First and Last Name, Month and Year of birth and your Country/Region

  6. Click Create Account

You can now use this account to follow the steps below and login to access the device license.

Login for Adobe Device License

You must have an active Adobe ID created with either your UConn or UConn Health (UCHC) email to complete this process

  1. Launch either the Creative Cloud Desktop App or the Adobe App you wish to use

  2. In the Email field, enter the UConn or UCHC email associated with your Adobe ID

  3. If prompted, select Personal Account

  4. Enter your Adobe ID password

  5. Once logged in, you will have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
