Mac Microphone and Camera Issues (Granting Application Access)
If you are experiencing an issue with your Microphone and/or Camera not working on your Mac in your applications (Teams, Webex, Zoom etc.) you may have to grant those applications permission to use the Microphone and/or Camera.
-Click on in top menu bar and open System Settings…
-On the left hand column click on
-Locate the Microphone and/or Camera and make sure the application is allowed to use the Camera and/or Microphone
If this does not resolve the issue, the next step is to unplug the camera and/or microphone and plug it back in and then restart your Mac.
