Downloading Creative Cloud

Once a subscription has been purchased, Creative Cloud can be downloaded from Adobe’s website here: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud

Simply click on ‘Download Creative Cloud' and the download should begin. The page will scroll down to instructions on how to complete the install.

Run the installer that downloads. Depending on your browser, this may appear in a window in the top right. Otherwise, you can find this in your computer’s download folder.

Once the download is complete, you can open the Creative Cloud application where you’ll have to sign in. The sign in uses your UConn email address and NetId password. For more information on logging into your Adobe account, please see this knowledge base article: https://kb.uconn.edu/space/IKB/26496172033

Once you are in Creative Cloud and signed in, you’ll be able to download the various applications you have access to through the subscription. If you have any issues please reach out to the ITS Technology Support Center at 860-486-4357 or by emailing techsupport@uconn.edu.
