Sharing Others' Events onto Your Calendar

Only Available to Calendar Admins


Has someone else created an event on the UConn Events Calendar that you would like to show on a calendar you administer?

Here’s how to show that event on your calendar:

  • After logging into your Dashboard, go to Your Events > Shared Events

  • From this page, you can view, search, and filter for any events that are marked as Shared by other calendars/groups.

  • To share to your calendar, check the event(s) and click [Link to checked events].

     

Please note that you will only see events that have been made shareable by other calendar administrators. This is a default setting, however, calendar admins can choose for an event not to be shared.
