ITS assists faculty and staff with landline phones on campus. This article explains various types of landline phones, their features, how to set up voicemail, and other essential information regarding landline phones.
Landline services provided by ITS include dial tone, incoming and outgoing calls, voicemail, automatic call distribution, installation and repair of ITS-provided telephone equipment (analog & digital), emergency telephones, specialized circuits for alarms and elevators, and inbound toll-free service.
