Departmental Billing
The electronic billing (e-bill) system provides convenient, efficient, and green processes for reviewing monthly invoices for ITS telephone, cellular, video, and data services. To request access to the e-bill system, or for questions related to e-bill services or processes, please contact the ITS Support Center at techsupport.uconn.edu, (860) 486-4357, or techsupport@uconn.edu.
Once access is granted, log in with your NetID and password at the ITS Billing and Services Application.
