Contacting Dell for Remote Hardware Repair

Faculty and staff experiencing technical issues with a University-issued Dell computer can contact Dell directly for technical support. Traditionally, users drop their computers off to the ITS Technology Support Center, which delivers them to the Bookstore, where a certified Dell technician makes any required hardware repairs. Users have the option to work directly with Dell to have a technician go to their location.
