Windows Support
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support to managed computers running Microsoft Windows 11. Windows 10 is not supported at UConn.
Devices that are on Windows 10 should be upgraded to Windows 11. Devices that do not support Windows 11 should be replaced as they no longer meet minimum specifications for computing at the University. Click here to learn more about the retirement of Windows 10.
