Faculty, staff, and students may modify how their name is displayed in some UConn directories and request an email alias.

The self-service tool for creating an email alias has been discontinued. To request an email alias, submit a ticket by emailing techsupport@uconn.edu.

Changing Your Email Address

You are issued a default published email address in the format of NetID@uconn.edu and an alias based on your legal name. Learn more and read about requesting another alias or changing your published address.
