Description:

Creates a PO amendment doc when  additional item(s) has been received against a PO.

Error Found:

Stack trace with the following error:

FATAL org.kuali.rice.core.database.KualiTransactionInterceptor :: Exception caught by Transaction Interceptor, this will cause a rollback at the end of the transaction.   

org.kuali.rice.kew.exception.InvalidActionTakenException: Document is not in a state to be approved.

Resolution:

The document was super-disapproved which did not update the LIR status from “awaiting PO open status” to “cancelled” 

Financial Systems Office needs to put the document back enroute, super-user cancel it, and rerun the job.   This updates the status to cancelled.  Rerun the Job.
