Adp Pre-Procesor Jobs

Every Wednesday of paycheck week several jobs must run to process payroll data, provided a file has been transferred.  These files contain a large volume of data.  They need to run prior to batch, to help prevent regular jobs from running excessively long.

1) Verify that the files have been transferred. 

            staging/adp/staging/ADP_ENCUMBRANCE_DATA.genesys_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.dat

            staging/adp/staging/ADP_PAYROLL_DATA.genesys_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.dat

2)  If files exist, then manually run jobs found in namespace KFS-LD Labor Distribution.

            Pre-processor job ‘adpPayrollEncumbranceDataJob’ runs first, followed by pre-processor job ‘adpActualPayrollDataJob’
