Microsoft MyAnalytics

MyAnalytics is a new feature with Office 365 A5 that allows users to analyze how your work time is being spent. By tracking time spent with Office 365 products, MyAnalytics is able to break this information into four categories:

Focus helps you understand whether you have enough time for uninterrupted individual work, and provides tips on how to protect your calendar and manage distractions

Welbeing shows how well you are disconnecting from work during your time off and suggests ways to reduce stress and burnout.

Network shows information about your relationships with the people in your network, which is based on your work activities over the past year.

Collaboration shows the people you actively collaborated with based on your work activities over the past month, such as email, chats, calls, and meetings.

MyAnalytics Dashboard

You can access your dashboard at myanalytics.microsoft.com to view work pattern information. Here you can access statistics on your focus, network, wellbeing, and collaboration from the past four weeks based off of Office 365 data. More information on how to access the dashboard can be found here.

Insights Outlook Add-in

Insights is an add-on you can get for Outlook that will provide automatic notifications to generally improve productivity. For example, it will automatically remind you to send followup emails you may have missed, and help you keep track of tasks you are working on. Weekly Digest

Each week, MyAnalytics will automatically send you an email giving you the highlights of the previous work week. More information on the weekly digest can be found here.

Inline Outlook Suggestions

Outlook will automatically give data-driven recommendations on things you can do to improve your productivity. These include tracking an email open rate and delaying email delivery time.
