Motus Wireless Management Site
Through the Motus Wireless Management Site, faculty and staff can order a new line, upgrade a device, manage their plan, and request support.
If you or others in your area are using older, out-of-support devices, please upgrade to a newer device. Older devices that no longer receive support and security patches from their vendors are vulnerable to security threats. Below is a list (as of October 2022) of devices that should be upgraded:
Apple iPhone 8 or earlier
Apple iPad Air 3rd generation or older, original iPad 4th generation and older, and iPad mini 4th generation and older. Note: all iPad Pro models are still compatible with the newest iOS version.Â
Android Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S series 10 or older
Logging In to the Management Site
Log in with your NetID and NetID password.
Shopping Wireless Devices
New Line of Service: Allows you to select a carrier and phone and begin the ordering process; carrier preference is up to the user.
Replacement Orders: Allows you to begin the process of ordering a replacement device.
Shopping Accessories
Order Accessories: Allows you to order accessories for a device.
Customer Support
Review and/or Modify Existing Lines of Service: Redirects you to the Service Request Tool to make changes to an existing line.
General Contact Information: Motus is available by phone, email, or live chat options to assist with ordering or service requests.
Motus acquired Vision Wireless. You may receive packaging that still has the name Vision Wireless.
