Obtaining Blank Scantron Exam Scanning Forms

Scantron is being retired after the Spring 2025 semester.

Exam scanning will be offered through Gradescope bubble sheets. Gradescope provides a more convenient scanning solution that does not require expensive and custom scan sheets, and can be managed entirely through HuskyCT.

Scantron sheets are NOT compatible with Gradescope.

UConn only supports the use of blue Scantron form #4521. Other versions will not work.

To order sheets, call the Scantron store at 1-800-722-6876, or order online here: https://store.scantron.com/search.php?search_query=4521. You can order either a package of 500 sheets (part #4521) or a carton of 2400 sheets (part #4521-BAG).
