Receiving Results from Scantron

Scantron is being retired after the Spring 2025 semester.

Exam scanning will be offered through Gradescope bubble sheets. Gradescope provides a more convenient scanning solution that does not require expensive and custom scan sheets, and can be managed entirely through HuskyCT.

Scantron sheets are NOT compatible with Gradescope.

This article is for faculty who need to receive and interpret scanned exam results from Scantron Exam Scanning Service.

Instructors will receive an email from ScantronX@uconn.edu (X indicates the specific scanning device) with the exam result files, which will be in the form of a zipped file and will contain four options.
