Instructions
General guidelines
Write in clear print. Messy handwriting will not be legible.
Use a dark pencil. You do not need to use a #2 pencil. If you will be using the back-side of the exam sheet (for an exam with 101+ questions), make sure that your pencil does not bleed through to the back side as it may be picked up when being scanned.
Fill in bubbles fully.
Completely erase mistake answers and stray marks. Crossing out a mistake will not cause it to be ignored when scanned. In the example below, note how question 4 was fully changed from answer D to E.
Identification questions
Name: Print your full name as it is displayed on HuskyCT. The scanning software will use this field to match you up with your exam submission.
ID: Print your 7-digit PeopleSoft number. If there is an issue matching up names, your instructor will use this to validate which exam belongs to whom.
Version: If there are multiple versions of the exam being proctored, fill in which version you have (A-E). Your professor will tell you if you need to fill this out.
Section: Fill this out as appropriate if your instructor requires it.
Date: Fill this out if your instructor requires it.
