Downloading Device Information for Submitted Order

Once an order is processed and ready for delivery, IT professionals and fiscal officers can find the allocation information, such as the serial number and inventory tags, in the PCM system.

Download this information before the devices arrive.

  1. Log onto pcm-tools.its.uconn.edu with your NetID and password

  2. Click Order Computers.

  3. Choose Submitted (these are the orders that have been processed).

  4. If you had multiple orders, they will all show up. Click on the Order # of interest.

  5. A .csv file will download that displays NetID, name, computer, serial number, and asset tag.

It is imperative that the people receive the device assigned to them. They have admin rights to this computer and are assigned to it in all our systems. If this person has left the University or your need to reassign, please contact the Technology Support Center after receiving the device so they can make the change.
