Requesting Refunds from Wepa

If you have a printing issue (e.g., your document is not printing), you can request a refund from Wepa directly.

ITS does not handle payment for Wepa printers and is unable to process refunds.

Contact options

  • Call (800) 675-7639.

  • Use the Chat feature on the Wepa website.

  • Email help@wepanow.com. Be sure to include:

    • Your name

    • Your UConn email address

    • The username associated with your Wepa account

    • Your NetID

    • The name of the file you had issues with (e.g., Assignment_12.docx).

Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
