ITS - Jira Assets

Assets is part of Jira Service Management for inventory management. It can be integrated with the ticketing system and Asset Panda.

Assets is only available to agents in a ticketing system.

You can see details of the asset and open tickets related to it. You can also see closed issues related to the device by opening up the device info page.
