LockDown Browser Issue: Disabling Power Options

If LockDown Browser is unexpectedly closed (computer loses power, application crashes, etc.), your computer may not show power options in the Start menu. This may prevent you from shutting down or restarting your computer. You can restore this functionality by modifying running LockDown Browser in a modified state.

You do not need to modify values in the Windows registry to resolve this issue. Some tutorials elsewhere online suggest making these modifications, which can threaten the stability of your computer’s operating system.
