Patch Codes are used for the separation of documents during scanning. Patch code sheets must be printed to ensure the highest degree of accuracy and recognition during scanning. Do NOT photocopy patch code sheets.

The attached document contains industry-standard patch codes. Print the pages that you have configured for separation in your scanning software.
